Evidence-Based Care to Meet Your Needs
Postpartum Doula Services
Postpartum doula care focuses on “mothering the mother,” nurturing you so that you can nurture and bond with your baby. My job is to assess the best way to support you at any given moment, including physical and emotional support, information on newborn care topics, breastfeeding support, meal prep, care for newborn and older children, household maintenance, and more.

Baby gear comes with an often overwhelming amount of choices. After 8 years as a professional nanny, I’ve seen firsthand what kind of supplies fit different families’ needs.
